Bleeding Baseball - Teaser Trivia

As promised in this Blog's original posting - here are some sample teaser questions from the  upcoming publication of - Bleeding Baseball - The Trivia, Records, and Oddities of America's National Pastime (printing Spring 2010). How many can you answer?
